Dr. Sherif Kishk is a professional with a rich and diverse background in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) and higher education. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant of Minister of Higher Education and scientific research for smart governance, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of higher education.

Dr. Kishk's journey in ICT leadership is marked by his roles as a consultant at the ministry of administrative development, MSAD, where he contributed to many  technology initiatives. His contributions extend to his position as Head of the ECE Dept. at the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, where he imparts his extensive knowledge to the next generation of technologists.

In the academic realm, Dr. Kishk is a respected Professor in the ECE Dept., where he not only teaches undergraduate and graduate courses but also leads research teams and guides graduate students. His research interests encompass a wide array of cutting-edge topics within ICT, such as digital information watermarking, wireless networks, and the applications of big data.
